Work around a foundation of the house and make 2 rounds of sc in all st around the whole house. Where we created edges of the roof and botoom edges on the house, make 2sc in 1 st to make the edges more visible.
Embroidery
Before we sew the side of house together, we do the embroidery.
• start with the bottom and roof straight line and the windows.
• then male the dotted lines by skipping 1 stitch each time.
• make a triangle on top of the roof and zig-zag line on the bottom of the house.
• lastly make lazy daisy on the roof: insert the needle with yarn into the spot where you want the center of the flower. Insert the needle into the same spot and pull half way to where you want the petal to end. Wrao the yarn around the tip of a needle, pull needle out. Insert the needle into the same spot behind the yarn and pull close. Return to the middle and repeat 4 more times. Repeat on the other side with second flower.
Once the embroidery is done, put two sides of the house together and sc around with brown yarn. Before you finish closing the house, stuff is lightly.
Lastly sc around with white yarn.
