Free Crochet Plush Spiderman Amigurumi Pattern

Greetings friends. I’m going to give you a free crochet cartoon spiderman pattern today. You can make Spiderman amigurumi toy in two different versions. Peter Parker and Miles Morales. All you have to do is change the colors in the specified places. Or you can do both. You can create a team. You can present the crochet spiderman toy, which is the favorite animated movie of children and adults, to your loved ones. My designer friend used premier parfait chunky plush yarn while embroidering the spiderman crochet amigurumi pattern. If you make it with this yarn and a 4.5mm crochet hook, the finished size of your spiderman toy will be 10 inches.

Materials

• Premier parfait chunky (shade indicated in parentheses below)
– Peter parker: Red (poppy) & Blue (classic blue)
– Miles morales: Black & Red (poppy)
• 4.5 mm crochet hook
• Stuffing
• Yarn needle
• Scissors
• Stitch marker
• Felt for eyes
– Peter parker: black & white
– Miles morales: red & white
• Puffy paint for spider (or felt it you prefer to cut it out)
– Peter parker: black
– Miles morales: red.

The finished spiderman plush is about 10 inches tall.
This pattern will be written for the peter parker version, with notes at the end of each section to adapt it to be the miles morales version.

Head

Using red.
Rnd 1. 8 sc in MR (8)
Rnd 2. inc x 8 (16)

Rnd 5. *2sc, inc, 2sc* x6 (36)
Rnd 6. *5sc, inc* x6 (42)
Rnd 7. *3sc, inc, 3sc* x6 (48)
Rnd 8-14. sc around (48), 7 total rounds.
Rnd 15. *3sc, dec, 3sc* x6 (42)
Rnd 16. *5sc, dec* x6 (36)

Begin stuffing, and continue to stuff well as you work.

Use black to make the head if making miles morales.

Arms (make 2)

Starting with red.
Rnd 1. 8 sc in a MR (8)
Rnd 2-4. sc around (8), 3 total rounds.
Change to blue.
Rnd 5-8. sc around (8), 4 total rounds.
Change to red.
Rnd 9. sc around (8)
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing. Stuff very lightly.
For miles morales: Rnd 1-2. with red, Rnd 3-9. with black.

Legs (make 2)

Starting with red.
Rnd 1. 8 sc in a MR (8)
Rnd 2. inc x8 (16)
Rnd 3-5. sc around (16), 3 total rounds.
Change to blue.
Rnd 6-7. sc around (16), 2 total rounds.
Fasten off here on the first leg only. On the second leg, continue to rnd 8.
For miles morales: Rnd 1. with red, Rnd 2-7. with black.

Body

Continuing from the second leg.
Rnd 8. Ch 1. Make 16 sc around the first leg, 1 sc in the ch, 16 sc around second leg, and 1 sc into the other side of the ch (34)
Rnd 9. *sc 7, dec, 6 sc, dec* x2 (30)
Change to red.
Rnd 10. sc around (30)
Stuff the legs well.
Rnd 11. *dec, 13 sc* x2 (28)
Rounds 12-14 involve multiple color changes. Change colors between red and blue as indicated by the red and blue text.

Stuff the body well, especially the top of the body/neck.
For miles morales: All of the body is made with black.

Assembly

Using the long tail from the body, sew it to the head.
Sew the arms between rnd 16-17, on either side of the body.

Eyes

I do not have a cricut, so i cut out my eyes by hand. Here is how i do it.
1. Using a picture of my spiderman plush, or any other you like, enlarge the image on a tablet/laptop so that it is the same size as your plush.
2. Trace the inner white part of the eye and cut it out in felt.
3. Glue this to the outer eye felt color (black or red felt depending on the version).
4. Leaving a small border, cut around the white part.
Glue the eyes around rnd 6-10.
